Circular of Shanghai International Energy Exchange on Requesting Public Comments on INE Crude Oil Options Contract of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and Related Implementing Rules

In accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading, the Measures on the Administration of Futures Exchange, the General Exchange Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange and other relevant laws and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange(hereinafter referred to as “INE”), the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange has drafted INE Crude Oil Options Contract Specifications (for public consultation), the Options Trading Rules of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange (for public consultation), as well as amended related rules and requests public comments on these rules.

Please send opinions and advice on the rules mentioned above to the Shanghai International Energy Exchange in written or email forms before May 12th, 2021. Your feedback also indicates that you agree to use your contact information and materials for use by the INE and only for requesting comments described in this Notice.

China's securities regulator said it had approved the registration of caustic soda and xylene futures and options at the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange on Aug 26th. The China Securities Regulatory Commission urged the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange to get well prepared across the board, ensuring the smooth launch and sound operation of caustic soda and xylene futures and options.
