CZCE: Notice on Night Trading Session during 2024 Spring Festival Holidays

 To all members:

According to Notice on Trading Schedule during National Holidays for Year 2024Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange hereby clarifies the night trading session arrangement during 2024 Spring Festival holidays as follows:

No night trading session will be carried out on the night of February 8, 2024 (Thursday). The night trading session will be resumed on the night of February 19, 2024 (Monday). The call auction session for all contracts on February 19, 2024 (Monday) is from 08:55 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.

All members are requested to remind clients of the night trading session arrangement in time.


According to Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Risk Control of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE) hereby adjusts margins and price limits of some futures as follows:

 

From the settlement on February 7, 2024, margins and price limits of Sugar, Cotton, Cotton Yarn, Rapeseed Meal, Rapeseed Oil, Purified Terephthalic Acid, Polyester Staple Fiber and Methanol futures will be adjusted to 10% and 9% respectively. Margins and price limits of Urea futures will be adjusted to 11% and 9% respectively.

 

Trading will be resumed on February 19, 2024. From the settlement of the first trading day on which limit-locked market does not occur on the contract with the largest open interest of such product, margins and price limits of Rapeseed Meal, Rapeseed Oil futures will be adjusted to 7% and 6% respectively. Margins and price limits of Ferrosilicon, Manganese Silicon futures will be adjusted to 9% and 8% respectively. Margins and price limits of other futures contracts will be restored to standards before the adjustments.

 

In case the above adjusted margins and price limits vary from the current ones, the higher one will prevail.

 

All members are required to strengthen capital and position risks management, and to remind clients to improve risk awareness.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange listed sodium hydroxide, p-xylene futures & options on Sep 15th

China's securities regulator said it had approved the registration of caustic soda and xylene futures and options at the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange on Aug 26th. The China Securities Regulatory Commission urged the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange to get well prepared across the board, ensuring the smooth launch and sound operation of caustic soda and xylene futures and options. DCE: Notice on Trading Hour Arrangements for 2024 Spring Festival

  To all members: In accordance with the Notice on 2024 DCE Market Holiday Arrangements, the trading hour arrangements of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) for the 2024 Spring Festival are hereby notified as follows: The market will be closed from February 9 (Friday) to February 17 (Saturday) for holidays, and on February 4 (Sunday) and February 18 (Sunday) for weekends. There will be no night trading session on the night of February 8 (Thursday). The market will open as usual from February 19 (Monday), with the call auction held between 8:55 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The night trading session will resume on the night of February 19 (Monday). Members should remind their clients of the trading hour arrangements in a timely manner, so as to ensure smooth market operation.
